How do I configure alerts using the BlueZoo dashboard?

The BlueZoo dashboard supports configuration of three types of alerts:

• Offline Alerts

• Occupancy Alerts

• Subscription Alerts

You can configure these alerts for a single location or apply them to multiple locations at once.

Setting Alerts for a Single Location

1. From the Sensor Locations menu in the BlueZoo dashboard, select the desired location.

2. Go to the Utilities tab.

3. In the Alerts section, set or modify the alert configuration as needed.

Applying Alerts to Multiple Locations

1. Navigate to Sensor Locations in the dashboard.

2. Select the specific locations (or all locations) you want to update.

3. Click the kebab menu (three dots) in the top-right corner and choose Modify Alert Settings.

A configuration box will appear where you can:

• Select the alert type (Offline, Occupancy, or Subscription).

• Choose the delivery channel: Email, SMS, or Webhook.

To configure the alerts via webhook, enable alerts via webhook option and set the linstening webhook url.

Select "save all changes" to apply the settings.
