How to add users to my BlueZoo account? – BlueZoo

Only accessible to SuperAdmin role

You can create as many users as you want to your BlueZoo account: from the left-column menu, select the Users entry to access the user management page.

Users can perform any of five roles. Here are the privileges assigned to each role:

For each user, you can and should enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA).

A user can have access to multiple accounts with the same email address. However, each account must have its own unique “primary user” email.

Ground Truth collectors do not need a user account. Installers and Admins can assign that role on a per sensor basis using the BlueZoo mobile app. Using the mobile app, Installers and Admins nominate Ground Truth collectors by their email address. Collectors do not need a password.
