Email received from support@bluezoo.io can be flagged as spam, so be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see our emails in your inbox. This is sometimes enough.
However, some mail servers are reluctant to deliver inbound emails for "password resets". Password reset emails may undergo special scrutiny because they generally include a URL that can be mistaken for a phishing attempt. This is a problem not limited to BlueZoo, but also affects many large brands.
In our experience, the problem most often presents itself on Microsoft mail servers like “Exchange Server” and the cloud service “Office 365”. BlueZoo knows that the password reset email has been delivered to our customer’s mail server (including mail servers of both these types) because we log the responses of our SMTP server that sends these emails. Microsoft Support says that the solution is to declare "support@bluezoo.io" as a "safe sender". This solution has worked for our customers.
