First, your BrightSign media player needs to be connected to the Internet. BlueZoo requires stable Internet connectivity to communicate with our Cloud and make the data available to our customers.
Second, since Wi-Fi technology is used to analyze foot-traffic patterns, the BlueZoo solution requires the BrightSign Wi-Fi / Bluetooth module, which can be purchased separately.

If the BrightSign Wi-Fi internal chipset is already used for other services - such as Internet backhaul via Wi-Fi - it is possible to use a Wi-Fi USB dongle on Series-4 and Series-5 players (contact us for compatibility details).
