The BlueZoo solution - formerly known as BlueFox - is supported by the following BrightSign media players:
BrightSign XT (XT3, XT4)
BrightSign XD (XD3, XD4)
BrightSign LS (LS3, LS4)
BrightSign HD (HD3, HO523, HD4)

First, your BrightSign media player needs to be connected to the Internet. BlueZoo requires stable Internet connectivity to communicate with our Cloud and make the data available to our customers.
Second, since Wi-Fi technology is used to analyze foot-traffic patterns, the BlueZoo solution requires the BrightSign Wi-Fi / Bluetooth module, which can be purchased separately. Here's how to install the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth module in your BrightSign media player.
